Wisertise: The Agency for People Who Are Officially Done With "Agency Talk."
Why We Built Wisertise?
Wisertise exists because marketing should not feel like a gamble. Too many businesses spend money every month hoping something sticks. They are shown numbers and are told to be patient without being told what those numbers are supposed to deliver.
Over time, the business owner loses confidence in marketing, thinking all people are the same.
We did not start Wisertise to add another agency to the list. We started it because the way marketing is sold and the way it is executed rarely line up. That gap costs businesses more than money. It costs trust.
What We Saw Up Close?
Before Wisertise existed, Harsh worked closely with agencies and businesses.
- He saw businesses follow the advice of inexperienced managers, increase budgets, and trust strategies without ever being shown how or why decisions were being made.
- When results slowed, explanations became vague.
Accountability took the back seat as more people became involved. - The problem was the lack of ownership once real money and expectations were on the line.
Seeing this pattern repeatedly made one thing clear. Marketing fails when clarity and responsibility are missing.
Meet Harsh Guleria | Founder, CEO
Harsh Guleria has been working in performance marketing since 2014. He started as a trainee and built his understanding across performance marketing, SEO, web development, and social media, driven by a constant need to learn how things actually work.
Over the years, he worked closely with multiple agencies, helping scale campaigns, fix broken systems, and adapt as platforms evolved. Sitting close to clients, he heard the same frustrations repeat. What was promised rarely matched what was delivered, and expectations were often set without explaining the realities behind them.
That experience shaped how Harsh approaches marketing. He learned that growth only happens when someone takes responsibility for outcomes, not just activity. Tools rarely fail businesses. Decisions do.
Today, Harsh is a Google Ads Product Expert Gold with in-depth knowledge about the platform and an eagerness to help as many as he can. Understanding how systems behave when real money is involved is what matters. At Wisertise, Harsh ensures every dollar is treated with care because it represents real trust.
His path was not easy. Building stability brick by brick taught him to work with discipline, honesty, and respect for time and budgets. That mindset defines how he leads and how Wisertise operates.
Meet Maitri Galla | Co-Founder, COO
As Harsh’s partner in life and business, Maitri Galla has always paid close attention to the details that shape how a business feels and is perceived.
With over 8+ years of experience, she has worked across B2C brands, eCommerce, D2C, B2B, pharmaceuticals, and technology, shaping content, brand voices, visual identities, and design systems. Her work spans content writing, branding, logo design, and visual storytelling, all focused on making businesses feel intentional and trustworthy.
She understands how quickly people form opinions and how easily trust can be lost when things feel unclear. At Wisertise, she brings balance to performance marketing by making sure results are supported by clarity and creativity is grounded in accountability.
Her focus is simple. Brands should feel consistent, credible, and easy to trust before they ever ask someone to take the next step.
Meet Our Team: The People Who Make It Happen
Wisertise is run by an experienced remote team that is deeply hands-on with the work.
These are people who manage accounts, write ads, build systems, design brands, and fix problems themselves.
Everyone on the team always asks why something is being done, not just do what they are asked to do. That’s non-negotiable. It keeps work sharp, decisions honest, and accountability clear.
There is a simple standard we operate by:
If it doesn’t help the client grow, it doesn’t belong.
This mindset is what separates Wisertise from traditional agencies. Working remotely allows the team to focus on thinking, execution, and results. That’s how the team stays good at what they do because we believe in taking responsibility for the outcome every time.
Why Businesses Choose Wisertise
At some point, most business owners start wondering if their marketing is actually helping.
They get reports. They see numbers go up and down. They’re told things are fine.
- Still, something feels off.
- Leads don’t feel consistent.
- Sales don’t line up with the spend.
- The answers aren’t very clear.
We end up working with businesses that want someone to explain what’s actually happening with their money. What’s working; What isn’t; And what’s being done about it.
We don’t overpromise and under-deliver. We don’t keep running things just because that’s how they should have been running. And we don’t avoid uncomfortable conversations when we find things that don’t add up.
If you’ve ever looked at your performance marketing and felt unsure whether it truly reflects your business, that’s probably worth talking about.
